Master Care Janitorial Owners John Hermsdorf and Brian Way
In 1982 John Hermsdorf and Brian Way began their custodial careers working full time with a large church facility. Brian rose to Building Maintenance Supervisor overseeing the work activities of over 10 staff. They were responsible for the cleaning of 6 large buildings on the church campus with over 365,000 sq. ft. Then in 1992, John and Brian collaborated to build and establish their own business, Master Care Janitorial Service. In 1996, the company was Incorperated.
Since 1992 John, Brian and their skilled staff, knows what it takes to get the job done. Fair prices with consistent high standards has led to long standing accounts with happy customers.
Unfortunatley, in 2015, John lost his battle with cancer. Brian continues to carry-on now as the President of the company. John still appears in the videos you see on this website. Brian couldn't bring himself to remove these videos. They continue to hold the same values the company carries today. However, the contact phone number at the end of each video is no longer valid. 503-585-5785 is now our one and only contact number.
